A good start maybe in the next segment you can explain whether it will be supply or demand that determines peak oil.
You make it seem like it will be supply because it will become scarce. It seems right now that peak oil is being driven by demand. The Saudi's cutting back production because of lack of demand causing the price to slump. Will the demand recover and push prices back up to where they feel they can increase production. It seems peak oil is a choice right now. The longer we leave the oil in the ground the better, so I hope alternatives mature fast. If we prosper, much of the remaining oil will be pulled out of the crust but later is better for the environment and later is better for applications where alternatives are poor. Oh, and why not a word about Natural Gas, oil of a different nature.
