A note on productivity, it is not linear or at least it can be non-linear. It can be episodic. Maybe you just need to hit a node or lode. I had a coworker (actually a British expat.) he was an inventor aside from his regular functions. Every few years he would have ah ha episode that would be a mother lode, and it would make the company more than they paid him in his whole career. Your genius will be discovered.
