Agreed. The rich and powerful might be evil but they are not stupid. They will use bribes and promises to keep movements from reaching critical mass. They are also students of history and know how it has worked in the past and have learned some lessons. Not saying we should not try, it will be what it will be. I kind of hope they either wake up or make some blunder that triggers the need changes.
