Training workers requires that you have proper mentors who have the time to put to training. You can’t train workers to do jobs you don’t already have someone doing and sometimes the doers aren’t good trainers or mentors.
Companies that complain about not being able to find skilled workers are just admitting to a lack of planning and weak employee training. Those companies deserve to be down graded.
