Are you kidding, you can't beat the drug smugglers. They are willing to suffer huge losses and can and still make a profit. It is also a game of whack a mole. Knock them down here and they pop up somewhere else. Agreed cooperation with Mexico (and Canada) is essential but forget the idea that drug overdose deaths and drug addiction heart break is going to ever be a thing of the past.
