Are you serious. Forcing U.S. citizens into concentration camps.

A common strategy elsewhere in the world is to require migrants to live in camp facilities unless they have a permanent address or are in the care of someone or an organization that takes responsibility for their housing.

You would punish vagrancy with incarceration. How does one get out of your concentration camp? Can people walk out of the camp?
