Assuming that these numbers are adjusted for inflation, why would anyone's pay go up faster than inflation, worker or CEO?
If there is a reason that pay rises, then it would be a clue to why the disparity. I am sure there is an answer. How far down the ladder do you have to go before the disparity disappears? Do VP's, Directors and Senior Managers get the big pay rise or is it only Presidents, CEO's, CFO's CTO's?
