Investment portfolios should be diversified and balanced. Not all the money in one kind of investment.

My investments are balanced toward risk off seeing that we are in a recession and stock markets are at or near record levels.

Renters might should consider buying if they are in a stable situation.

Myself if I got a $100,000 windfall would add it to my investments but for some people it might be just what they need to start their own business and owning your own business can be a great path to wealth and happiness.
