Can a person be a capitalist and not be an oppressor? Could it be considered that a capitalist who treats his workers fairly and with respect is providing them with an opportunity not taking advantage of them. What if I started a not-for-profit corporation and employed people who provide a needed service to people who need that service and use any revenue that exceeds expenses to provide free services or bonuses to employees? Would I still be an oppressing my employees?
