The economy is not currently in crisis. Most of the data you presented when you did back you assertions with data compare current numbers with other recent numbers and not more long term trends.
Oh, and a recession is not a crisis it is normal. Just part of the business cycle. Something that should be expected not a crisis. It would be unusual to not have a recession every 5 to 10 years. Maybe we don't get the Unicorn soft landing, duh. The last recession was so short that I completely missed the buying opportunity, darn. I won't mind if we have a soft landing or a short recession. A long one could make me a lot richer, but I am not counting on it.
