Did any of you read the NASA debrief documents? I think NASA selected the correct contractor but erred in not amending the Option A guidance to indicated that they would only be making one award. I think the competitors would have sharpened their pencils if they knew there was going to be only one award. Do any of you know the state of development of the Blue and Dynetics spacecraft? That information is not in the public domain, you would have to be an insider to know how mature is Blue Moon.
