Did you see what just happened in Texas?

The Biden Administration is trying within the constraints of the political processes. That does not make the Federal Government "reasonably functional." Comparing Biden to Trump and saying that the improvement makes the government reasonably functional is too much of a stretch for me. Do I need to list all the problems not being dealt with effectively for you to understand? Do you think the Biden administration is going to fix even half of the items I would list? That is just the short comings of the Federal government, then there is the list of State and Local problems.
