many of us have come to trust that science and technology will continue to make our lives better.

Don’t count me in that group. Every new discovery is a mixed blessing with often more bad and good affects.

My grandkids will never experience the Great Barrier Reef

Very few people actually visit the Great Barrier Reef and of course we have many great documentaries about the Reef. I do lament the loss of so much but it affects me only emotionally and only when I have time to think or write about it.

Climate Change will be a opportunity for many people and a disaster for many more. One person’s ceiling is another person’s floor. Some people are already preparing for the future and some of them will want to be our new leaders or warlords.

The current Oligarchic Plutocratic Elites are already maneuvering for chances to pick winners and losers.
