I tend to be argumentative but I often don't hold my positions firmly, just being chatty.

Regarding American healthcare, for the last couple generations it has been a mixed bag of good/improvements and bad/regressions. The quality of care that can be provided has massively improved while the cost of care has deteriorated as everyone tries to game the system.
