Don’t take this wrong but most of what you have done to improve is painless. I have done similarly. I guess that is why we are graded at a C. I am willing to make more sacrifices and ask my family to make more sacrifices if others will. I am not going to give it the A effort if the Impact remains an F. To make a real difference everyone has to make big sacrifices.
