Eliminate the stretching and still the idea is nonsense. No private schools at all, force everyone to attend government schools. Sound like brainwashing and dictatorship to me.

Already in the U.S. many children are homeschooled or sent to private schools because their parents think public schools are a place of socialist indoctrination. I am guessing that is exactly what you want. Force everyone to attend schools that teach what you want them to teach.
