Fact checking this, global poverty rates continue to decline and is at an all-time low. Your statement is false.
The U.S. poverty rate is also very close to its all time low and is set to decline further. There are fewer Americans in poverty than in 2010 and 1992. Why are you spreading this untrue disturbing message.
