WTF, your co-worker is some kind of idiot and maybe that is true about a lot of Texas Republicans.

Of course Nation Texas would pay his social Security or provide some sort of safety net for the elderly. They would have a huge tax base to draw from and would have all the Federal Assets in Texas to capitalize on to raise money. Texas could also put Tariffs on Imports to raise money. Texas could charge huge fees for Visas. I suspect that most Democrats in Texas are idiots as well.
