While I agree, I doubt that we can vote our way to a more equitable future. The Neo-Liberal/Conservative Plutocratic Oligarchic Elites are still picking the candidates, still control ballot access. We did see some movement is 2018 to a new kind of candidate for the mid-term elections. The Powers that Be have selected a Status Quo candidate for the top of the Democrat ticket. The wealthy still control who gets elected, money pollutes almost every part of the election process.
