Have you talked to anyone who was working that way before the pandemic? You are making this harder than needed in the "real" world.
Before the pandemic, I worked for years, two weeks on-site and two weeks from home each month. I split my time between job sites in Maryland and Florida and my home in Louisiana.
Green screens and camera programs never were needed. More important was Web based large file sharing. Data security, was important to my employers. Then we used WebEx now we use Teams too. Almost nobody in my industry uses Zoom.
I have worked remotely from my dining room, a home office, conference rooms, hotel rooms, apartment bedrooms. Being tied to a green screen is a handicap.
