Here you are going off the rails a little. All people are sinners and should be assumed to be looking out for themselves. Without restrain they are quite likely to take advantage of others. When they "other" people some of those restrains are removed. Everyone should be treated with suspicion.

I am not saying you should be afraid, but you should not let down your guard either.
