Hope is the refuge of the damned. I feel so much better now that I have given up hope. I support serious carbon rationing. I have written about a carbon rationing plan that also has a bit of a social justice back bone. I have no hope that anyone will consider such a comprehensive solution. The Powers that Be will not tolerate such extreme measures as that.

Anything less will be too little too late if we are not already past that point. I am now preparing for living with the worst that climate change can bring. I will not sacrifice in vain. It is probably again time to party like it is 1999 as the future looks only to be worse.
