Brazil has an aircraft carrier that needs to be recycled but nobody wants to do is because doing the job right is a losing proposition.

A huge waste and potential environmental damage are looming. Maybe a billionaire could take possession of the ship and do the right things even if Brazil will not pay the piper. Tons of steel and copper are about to be sent to the bottom of the ocean because nobody will pay to properly deal with the hazardous materials so they will just dump the hazardous materials in the ocean.
