How do you decide who is White? Maybe you should take Rafael Edward (TED) Cruz out of the collage. His Paternal Grandparents were Hispanic and his Father, Rafael Bienvenido Cruz y Díaz, was born in Cuba.

Rafael Cruz was born in Matanzas, Cuba, in 1939. His father, Rafael Cruz, was a salesman for RCA, originally from the Canary Islands, Spain. His mother, Emilia Laudelina Díaz, was a teacher.

I don’t know maybe Ted is White because he acts White, associates in White circles. Maybe his White Mother and White skin qualify him as White.

He does have more claim to being White and Elizabeth Warren has to claim to being Native American.

What is more important the color of your skin, the ethnicity of your parents or the character of your soul?
