You keep saying tech but what you mean is better describe as social media but even that is too vague.

Your story lacks the needed specificity.

"Tech" is regulated by the SEC contrary to what you wrote. It is also regulated by the FCC. The products sold on-line are regulated by the FDA. I say these things not because I oppose more regulation but because you story is deceptive, inaccurate and lacks specifics.
