I agree with "all persons are created equal" is a lie, it is only aspirational not reality. Even in regard to the bill of rights, all people in the U.S.A. are granted those rights but lacking the money to fight for those rights in court with adequate representation, those rights are infringed time and time again.

Freedom is proportional to wealth; the more wealth you have the more freedom you have. If you have enough wealth, you are completely free and have additional power to oppress others. Wealth must be restricted to avoid its abuse of its power to oppress. I think it is a fair assumption that the wealthy are evil oppressors.
