I am a prepper who will probably just be a teacher. I taught myself many of the ancient skills and I have books about the things I don't know. I have a lot of hand tools and can make tools. I am getting old and before the worst comes, I will probably not be able to care for myself. I love it when things are interesting, and I think it will certainly be interesting. I hope things don't deteriorate to cannibalism both literal and figurative. I have thoughts of an off the grid cabin in the woods not to prepare (it could be good that way) but because it appeals to me. I think of beer and sandwiches but considering the climate here and climate change probably bourbon or saki. Fermentation if your friend. Thinking saki and sourdough. Fried shrimp Po Boy on sourdough instead of French, Wonder if anyone would change an old man's diaper if he could teach them to make Whiskey, Gunpowder and Bread (without fossil fuels or electricity). I might need a donkey to go with that cabin.
