I am certain you will not get what you asked, sad. More likely we would eliminate carbon pollution by 2050 or pass UBI. At least we can expect some progress, each generation brings some small improvement.

Until the appearance of impropriety is justification for dismissal those who behave badly only have to be good at it, avoid a smoking gun. Much that is not right is still legal and much that is illegal is unenforceable.

We need zero tolerance for even the appearance of behaving badly. It would be nice if for a change it was an advantage to be a good person. I am sure you know it is a tactical disadvantage if you are unwilling to cheat. That goes double if cheating in not punished. I am sure you have noticed, people with power and money are rarely punished.
