I am a strong proponent of affirmative action ever since I stopped being an opponent of affirmative action. I notice everyone's color, gender, sexual orientation, nationality and regional affiliations. I don't deny that those things influence me but I work very hard to give everyone an equal chance well actually no, anyone who has been disadvantaged I try to tip the scale in their favor.
