I am going to agree with you to avoid a semantical squabble. The bigger deeper problem is greed and gluttony. I don't care what economic systems you choose if the people in that system are greedy and gluttonous the many will be abused by the powerful few. The meek will inherit the earth after the greedy destroy it. Yes, capitalism (neoliberal plutocratic oligarchic capitalism) is the problem but socialism or any other economic system will not be much better if it is run by greedy neoliberal plutocratic oligarchs. As long as everyone is keeping score and comparing themselves to others to determine their self-worth, we are doomed.
