I am going to throw this out there as food for thought.

I totally agree with your idea that the rich and powerful should set a positive example. I understand those with less privilege sometimes can't.

That said. I think some powerful women want to be foolish, submissive, campy and also display their charms to titillate. It is hard being good all the time and sometimes you just want to cut loose. It harms their reputation less than it would for a man in a similar spread. Imagine Elon Musk in just chaps on a rocking horse. It would seriously damage his brand. I think they should resist those impulse in the public sphere (keep it behind closed doors, in the closet so to speak) to be a better role model.

That said, I don't believe every powerful woman, man or other needs to be a role model. They can be used to send a powerful message when they are the anti-hero.
