I am in total agreement with this. Not just can I read faster but I understand and retain text much better. I can read, reread, ponder and decipher at my own pace and if it is non-fiction I will not zone out. Fiction sometimes I space/zone out and daydream the story, make my own visuals. I only like audio when I am driving. I am sad that airline inflight entertainment does not include text-based material.
