I am on a number of platforms that profit from my work and the work of many others, but reasonable compensation is impractical, nobody can tell who's work brings the most traffic or stimulates the most ad clicks, the moderators are not even compensated. Most of the contributors also donate money to the site. Kind of like here, I give money to Medium every month and I don't take a penny for my contributions. Yes, I am privileged to be able to do that, I contribute Wikipedia both with content and with money. I don't feel it is unfair. I made my choices, you did too. If you feel they have treated you wrong maybe you should expose them.
