I can’t stand the stuff even though I did not know it was bad for me. I take my coffee with one teaspoon of sugar and one to two teaspoons of milk. I don’t add anything to my tea and I make hot chocolate with milk and semisweet chocolate, usually Ghirardelli whipped in the blender or I just use a K pod and add a little milk. I used to make mochas in the blender, steamed milk, chocolate and espresso before my espresso machine broke.
