I cut my own grass but doing that am I stealing a job from a worker. If I hire someone to cut my grass, am I exploiting that worker. Which is it.

I am a worker, but I am not exploited by my employer, without the resources my employer provides I could not do my job, create my creations. The $15 million dollar machine that makes our creations required someone to come up with some cash and a business plan. Now that plan creates many jobs. Many of the people at the top are not parasites, they are creators.
