I don't agree with the idea that all jobs could be good jobs. We could make it so all jobs pay well. Clearly the jobs market place is not working properly when full time jobs don't pay a living wage. I think the upskill ideas can help balance the market. If there were fewer people to fill the jobs that pay less then the pay for those jobs would rise. That said the job market will not be balanced without better regulations and less illegal employment. Illegal employment drives down wages and fosters abuse of employees. Effective actions to prevent illegal employment is long overdue.
