I don't know, I see something different, not that what you wrote is not true but consider this.

Would a woman in power use that power to lie to and cheat customers, cut corners and skirt or even break the law to boost the bottom line. I was out ranked at work because I would not cover up for my bosses' mistakes and I was "too" honest and forthcoming with the customer. When I was laid off our NASA customer was shocked, the company had gotten rid of the only person they could count on to tell them what was really going on. They arranged for me to receive an award presented by the NASA Orion Program Manager. I got a job at a new space startup company and a few years into that job, I could not take the lies anymore and I let slip to our primary customer the real reason we were slipping the schedule. That put me in the dog house and then a few years later we were in deep schedule trouble again and the program managers were not being honest with our customers, I was the Chief Engineer. I couldn't take it anymore but instead of leaking the truth, I quit, retired. You see, corporations aren't sure they can count on women to lie, cheat and steal to boost the bottom line. Not that some wouldn't like MTG but really I don't think most women would. Would a woman CEO at United Healthcare authorize a program that they knew would be denying benefits to people who were at risk of financial ruin or even death if their just claims were not paid.

I hope you understand my point. Many rich and powerful got where they are by unsavory means and think that is has to be that way. Nice Guys (Gals) finish last.

I know you want to remake the system so that is not the case, but we are far from that today.
