I don't like it, not that is not well written or such but it is too long and not memerobale .

I think, "DEI, a movement to promote an approach of accessing a full spectrum of ideas and experiences to be applied to formative and entrepreneurial developments so that a best-in-class outcome is realized."

I also don't believe that DEI is better everywhere. Sometimes conformity, uniformity, routine, exclusivity are better. There have been times when I have worked with people with almost identical backgrounds and experiences and the way we could almost read each other's minds and anticipate each other actions lead to greater productivity, safety, harmony and better outcomes.

I am a DEI advocate but don't believe it is always the right answer. Jockeys are small for a reason, there is no reason to have a diversity of sizes for jockeys or include jockeys who are different just to be inclusive. I also think the E should be dropped. Equity seems out of place. You are going to have to sell me on this. I think things should be more equitable in general, but it seems to detract the message.
