I had to look that one up. It is new to me, and I read a ton of news. Ian Bremmer does not ring a bell, but I don't watch TV. I am not a fan of organizations like the Eurasia Group. I doubt their motives or maybe I believe their motives beneficial only to the Plutocratic Oligarchic Elite. Looking into it somewhat it looks to be a defense of the Status Quo or a return to greater U.S. hegemony.
