I have not got to the end of your story but I am willing to predict you don’t address the biggest impediment to your vision.

Who gets to choose who will build this Next Stage Civilization, from where to whom is the Capital going to flow. Robot tended vertical farms don’t grow they are built and require extraction unless they are made from recycled materials. They would be great it they are sustainable (they use a lot of energy). Are they going to be paid for and owned by the Government or are the going to be owned by the likes of Monsanto or ADM. Are their regulators going to be captured pawns of industry or just paid political hacks.

The impediments to an abundant future has never been technology it has always been socio-political. It seems everyone always wants to feel superior to someone so nobody really wants equality. If everyone had everything they wanted everyone would be unhappy.
