I might have missed it in your story but this:

"To be safe

Ok, fellow ladies, these are the rules:

Don’t be a prude.

Also, don’t be a tease.

And, for everything sacred in this world: do not be a slut."

Is the patriarchy speaking and you will hear it not only from men but women who subscribe to the patriarchy.

If while you are young, you pick a man to be your life long partner (or Lord) and remain faithful to him they can't really call you those things. If you are not yet married you must be faithful to your father.

It is actually a social standard based on Abrahamic Religion.

Once women understand it is a standard meant not to keep women safe but to keep them subserviently to men. The violence against women and the threat of violence is the enforcement mechanism. It requires some bad men to cause violence so the threat remains credible. The system needs some predators and will not work hard to stamp them out.
