I don't even think the question was worth asking. Even the United Neo-Liberal/Conservatize Plutocratic Oligarchic Elites will be happy to put Trump and his clan in jail at this point.

They are in no rush to end the circus. Actually putting the Trumps in jail will just be more theater and circus for the media. More huge distractions from the real issues.
