I think this is good work/thinking. You might consider expanding it. Instead of denying Weber think of your classes as an elaboration, an added dimension to what was a flat one dimensional hierarchy. Also consider that people are individuals and not members of a class, classification is stereotyping. That does not mean it is not useful but it can be dangerous.
