Democracy in the workplace is about worker representation at all levels of company decision-making.

I think you need to include a definition of what you mean when you say “company” and “worker.” Where I work, the company is a private LLC with a husband and wife partnership owners. No board of directors how would you propose injecting worker representation into the company decision making? Who would be the workers that represent the workers. More than half the employees are salary, do they get a voice or only hourly.
