In 20 years, you will have to eat those words. They will reform their immigraton or change some other policies and the population will not go to zero. Also consider the rule of halfing. You can reduce something by half over and over, you will never get to zero. All the Korean women would have to have no kids and there would need to be no immigration for the population to go to zero.
