In a different story you suggested a carbon tax of $50 a ton

Here you wrote "and imagine that cloud getting bigger each day and reaching up to 9000 pounds in a year?"

I would gladly pay the extra $250 dollars a year to make my electricity consumption carbon neutral. I would even add a little so the poor would not have too as long as the rest of the rich would do the same.

Really what is the real price of carbon equivalent green house gas emissions? Why don't we already have a appropriate carbon tax or rationing scheme?

I suggest it is because the poor can't afford it and the rich don't want to. Where do you find the coalition that could make this law since so few support fixing the problem.
