it made some women uncomfortable

Is it always wrong for one person to make another person uncomfortable?

Women do it to men, women do it to women, men do it to women and men do it to men and I am not just talking about personal space or touching but it is mostly that kind of thing. It might be a look or a touch or an odor or scent. It might be how you are dressed or the things you say but it might just be your body language or facial expressions.

Some people are almost always uncomfortable in public.

People touch me quite often without my consent or sometimes my consent is forced. If an acquaintance approaches me obviously expecting a hug or hand shake can I give them the cold shoulder. Have you ever offered a hand shake or fist bump only to be denied? There are always some guys who think I don’t mind if they put their hand on my shoulder…..I don’t like that. If I tell them not to who is the creep and who is more uncomfortable.
