Is not clear what kind of leadership you are talking about.

Certainly neither of the other two world powers demonstrate those equities. They are not essential for being a leading power. Achieving them would put us in a better position as a Moral Leader but compared to Russia and China it is clear we exceed them in voting equity, policing equity, and gender equity. Please name the powerful countries that have greater voting equity, policing equity, and gender equity than the U.S.A.
