It is not nonsense, it is the truth but what would be so bad if markets froze, innovation decreased, and the social system collapsed and had to be remade. We are going to get there one way or another, you are right infinite growth is not possible. Sure wish we would start the transition today, but we will wait until it becomes impossible to carry on in the old fashion way. The running around screaming the sky is falling is not working, it is too early to panic, save it for when people notice the crisis is real.
