It is not that Tech and Money can’t so much as the people will not let it be so.

The only logical conclusion I could draw from the three episodes of this documentary was, technology and money cannot resolve the problems that the darker side of human hearts and minds create.

The battle against evil is ever ongoing. If tech and money stop trying things will get worse faster. Breakthroughs can break the fall, slow the drop and maybe even begin a recovery.

The biggest breakthrough would be a true, trusted, fact checking, truth teller. Something that would expose all lies for what they really are. Another breakthrough would be a cultural shift that makes those that hold wealth and power through wealth, makes them pariahs. Would that nobody would befriend them, never serve them, never work for them — refuse to take their blood money. Would that people who would take their money be shunned as well.

What you achieved should be measured by how much you made the world a better place not by how much wealth and property you acquired.

Gates and Buffett were slow off the dime and only in for a penny not a pound but it is still a step in the right direction. It is a lot harder than you might think to turn billions of dollars into things that do good and do no harm and not get people kill in the process. Some times if you give someone something, some one will kill them to take it away. They would have been better off never knowing you.

If someone built paradise someone will eventually ruin it. Good, bad, black, white, ying, yang, a constant battle for balance.
